How do you find off-market homes? I use direct outreach to homeowners in neighborhoods that match your criteria — combining my 21-year network with targeted research. Some of these homes were never going to hit the market. Others are pre-market. Either way, you see them first.
Does this cost me anything extra? No. As your buyer's agent, my compensation is paid by the seller at closing. There's no additional fee for the Next Chapter Home Finder service.
What if I already have a lender? No problem at all. I'm happy to work with your preferred lender. If you don't have one yet, I can refer you to lenders I trust who know this market.
How long does the process take? It depends on how specific your criteria are and how quickly the right property comes up. Some clients find their home in weeks. Others take a few months. I don't rush the process — the goal is finding the right home, not the fastest one.
Do I have to be in the valley to start? Not at all. Many of my buyers are relocating from out of the area. We start with a video or phone call, I learn what you're looking for, and I become your eyes and ears on the ground until you're ready to visit in person.
