Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions most people make, and they deserve an agent who actually shows up for it — not one who disappears after the listing agreement is signed.

I specialize in three types of clients: sellers who own a second or third home here and need someone they can trust to manage the sale without flying in every weekend; buyers relocating from coastal California who are ready for a slower pace, more space, and a lifestyle that actually fits them; and investors who want honest numbers and an agent who moves fast.

What I'm not: a high-pressure salesperson. I don't cold call. I don't do the "always be closing" thing. I genuinely believe that the right move for you is the right move — even if that means waiting, or walking away. My clients don't feel sold to. They feel taken care of.

Before real estate, I was in business management. I'm organized, analytical, and I don't like problems without solutions — so when something comes up in a transaction (and something always comes up), I'm already thinking about the fix before you've finished explaining the issue.


I grew up around computers — my mom was a senior systems analyst on the first space shuttle program — so technology isn't an afterthought for me. It's how I work. I run a tight operation: digital marketing, remote communication, and full-service coordination from prep to close.


I focus on La Quinta and Palm Desert — two very different cities that attract two very different buyers. I know the HOA communities, the STVR permit rules, the golf memberships, the neighborhoods that are heating up and the ones that are cooling off. If you're coming from out of town, that local knowledge is the thing that protects you.

When You Hire Me, You Get Me

I'm a solo agent. That means when you work with me, you get me — not a team member you've never met, not an assistant who forwards your emails. Me — answering your texts, negotiating your contract, and keeping you in the loop every step of the way.


It also means I'm selective about how many clients I take on at once. I'd rather do a smaller number of transactions well than spread myself thin across a large pipeline. If you're looking for an agent who treats your transaction like it's the only one on their desk — that's exactly how I operate.
